Voluntary Benefits: Value-Added

As Ocenture continues to expand its product suite into the employee benefits arena, I created a new group on LinkedIn to bring people together in this space. Trends show that voluntary benefits will continue to evolve in an effort to provide more choices to employees. Additionally, these benefits can generate a nice revenue stream for the employer in an effort to offset rising healthcare & benefit administration costs. Ocenture products utilized in the employee benefit space include: Identity Theft Protection, Credit Monitoring, Whole-Home Tech Support, Online Data Backup, Roadside Assistance, & Shopping & Entertainment. We can integrate our “off-the-shelf” products, but most companies are impressed with our white-label capabilities in which we can customize and tailor the products based on the branding goals of the company.
