Providence Technology Solutions is hiring Configuration Analyst for implementation with a benefit technology platform. This is a virtual opportunity. Please review the job description below:
- Utilize the documentation material provided by the Project Manager;
- Review and ask appropriate questions of the Project Manager regarding the materials to clarify how they are to be interpreted and deployed;
- Review the census file data file to determine the detail information is aligned with the various code definitions in the documentation;
- Discuss any inconsistencies in the documentation and data provided with the Project Manager to work with the client to resolve inconsistencies;
- Build the case according to the client’s specifications;
- Provide the completed case to the Project Manager for testing and adjustment(s) according the implementation timeline;
- Assist the Project Manager in demonstrating the completed case for the employer and Broker;
- Assist the Project Manager in modifying renewal cases that require more than modest updates.
