Lee Shipman & Providence Technology Solutions are hiring an Account Manager Support Specialist for a benefit technology vendor. Our client is seeking to hire candidates in a permanent capacity or as a contract-to-hire. This role can be worked remotely. See responsibilities and required experience below:
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of Account Managers who are building and maintaining long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Assist with gathering necessary client details for annual enrollment, researching discrepancy reports, building one-time spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide client service support for Account Managers through a variety of tasks
- Create and update vendor documentation
- Provide research and troubleshooting support to Account Managers
- Work extensively with spreadsheet applications to collect and modify employee enrollment data
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- High aptitude to learn new and complex software applications
- 2+ years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and research skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Benefits administration and/or enrollment experience in the health insurance or human resources industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying strict attention to deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail in work, quality, and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
