Providence Technology Solutions is hiring a very experienced Project Manager / Implementation Expert who is extremely knowledgeable with the bswift platform.
The best way to summarize this position is a “player/coach.” This can be a contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire scenario. Location preferences are Syracuse, NY or Jersey City, NJ. Virtual is also an option. The right candidate is more important than the location. As a “player / coach” you will be directly involved with the responsibilities below as well as teach and train others so they can improve their proficiency on the system.
Job Description:
- Implement clients on the bswift platform.
- Manage client meetings; oversee project timelines; gather requirement information; communicate timelines with reasonable delivery dates.
- Perform detailed analysis of client needs; configure systems to meet expectations; conduct benefit audits prior to go-live.
- Continuously refine and improve client’s site through research and system enhancements.
- Manage / import client data
- Assist client administrators with system functionality.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client and advocate to meet client’s needs throughout all phases of the product life cycle
